A balloon vendor who appeared only in the special episode Mole in the City, he is an elephant who sells balloons to children. He got caught up in The Mole's fight mission. He was in the middle of selling a balloon to the Pig Child, when glass shards rained down from a window that The Mole broke and was sliced to ribbons. The balloons he was holding floated up and saved The Mole's life. It is unknown if he will return.
