Spin Fun Knowin' Ya
In the pilot of the series, Lumpy and Giggles were friends at the time of their debut. He brings Giggles, Cuddles ans Toothy to play on a merry-go-round, soon causing their deaths.
Stealing the Spotlight
Giggles, along with Petunia, admired Lumpy's Christmas decorations before she and several others were brutally killed by the lights.
The Wrong Side of the Tracks
Lumpy risked his life to save Giggles and Petunia when they were in danger on his roller coaster.
Blast from the Past
They were seen playing together and even repeated a very familiar scene from the pilot.
Home Is Where the Hurt Is
Lumpy, along with some friends, decided to rebuild the house of Giggles' dreams, which would later become the house of everyone's nightmares due to Lumpy messing up during the construction.

Lumpy, along with Sniffles, looked after Giggles when she fell ill and injured herself.

They went trick-or-treating together, along with Flaky, until all three were scared off when the Mole's candy brought rats to the scene.

Lumpy got irate at her, Cuddles and Toothy for laughing at him and his broken banjo to the point of killing them with no regrets of doing so.

Lumpy was completely unaware that he was preventing the love of blossoming, much to her dismay.
Every Litter Bit Hurts
In the episode, Giggles simply couldn't believe how insensitive to the environment Lumpy was. She followed him around to prevent him from making any more disasters. Even when she was berating at him, Lumpy didn't appear to care.
Wingin' It
Lumpy takes all of the parachutes with him to save his life, even though Giggles and much more characters were in the plane and needed them.
Dunce Upon a Time
In this adaptation of Jack and the Beanstalk, both of them were put on different sides which resulted in a conflict. Giggles was trying (unsuccessfully) to rescue everybody. Lumpy, playing the role of the giant, had captured and killed some of them for dinner.
Something Fishy
When Lumpy was the teacher, Giggles and some other students were somewhat bored of him.
All In Vein
Lumpy, as a vampire, holds Giggles captive in his refrigerator. Much like his previous victims consisting of Truffles, Lammy and Mr. Pickels, Lumpy killed Giggles with no regrets of doing so.

During Lumpy's time as Big Kahuna, Giggles was somewhat attracted to him, along with Petunia.
As You Wish
In this episode, both were genies. It is shown that Lumpy developed an attraction towards her. Albeit is unknown what Lumpy wished for, it is possible that his wish backfired and resulted in his death like everyone else in the episode.
